ICAR-IISR has three meeting halls with the following common facilities:

Seating Capacity: 120 participants

When not in use for Institute programmes, the Silver Jubilee Hall may be made available to other agencies on a rental basis.

₹5,000 per day + GST
Payment shall be made in advance, either by cash or Demand Draft, drawn in favour of ICAR Unit, IISR, payable at Kozhikode, prior to the scheduled programme.

Seating Capacity: 25 participants

When not required for Institute activities, the Central Facility Meeting Hall may be provided to other agencies on a rental basis.

₹2,500 per day + GST
Payment shall be made in advance, either by cash or Demand Draft, drawn in favour of ICAR Unit, IISR, payable at Kozhikode.

Seating Capacity: 30 participants

₹2,000 per day + GST
Payment shall be made in advance, either by cash or Demand Draft, drawn in favour of ICAR Unit, IISR, payable at Kozhikode, prior to the programme.

Facilities are available only for official, scientific meetings, seminars, and related gatherings.
Booking is permitted only for institutions/associations; requests from individuals will not be entertained.
Advance booking of at least 10 days is mandatory.
No refund shall be permitted after payment.
Users shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Institute property during the event.
Arrangements for refreshments/lunch shall be made by the applicant.
