Message from the Director

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the observance of Swachhta Pakhwada at the ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode, during 16-31 December 2025, as part of the Government of India's ongoing commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

This fortnight provides us an opportunity to renew our pledge towards maintaining a clean and sustainable environment within our institute premises and beyond. Cleanliness is not merely a campaign but a way of life that reflects our values and commitment to public health and environmental stewardship.

I urge all staff members, scientists, and students to actively participate in the planned activities and contribute towards making our institute a model of cleanliness. Let us work together to create a healthier and more productive workspace that reflects the excellence we strive for in our research.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference.
