Awareness Lecture on Mental Health — "Wellbeing: In the Lens of Mental Health"

An awareness talk on the topic "Wellbeing: In the Lens of Mental Health" was held on May 13, 2026 at ICAR – Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode.

The programme was organised by Sarani with the objective of creating awareness about mental health and promoting wellbeing among all staff.

 

The programme fostered greater awareness of mental health and wellbeing among ICAR-IISR staff, encouraging a supportive and health-conscious workplace environment.
