ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research (ICAR-IISR), has been assessed and accredited in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) for our Spices and Organic Manure testing laboratories with effect from 14.11.2024. This ISO/IEC 17025:2017 recognition marks a significant step in ensuring quality testing of spices and organic manures.
With this accreditation, ICAR-IISR is now well-positioned to support the Spice Processing Industry by providing the essential testing services that adhere to regulatory requirements, thereby enhancing consumer confidence in spices available in the market. Likewise, the institute’s manure testing capabilities will aid the agricultural sector by offering reliable analysis of organic manures, supporting sustainable agricultural practices and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
