Entrepreneurship Development Programme on Value Addition in Fruits and Vegetables

The programme held on 29-30 October 2024 at ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode! This program was organized under the Agribusiness Incubator (ABI) initiative, providing hands-on support to aspiring agri-entrepreneurs. With 21 enthusiastic participants, the program featured sessions by Dr. Elizebeth Joseph (Assistant Professor, KVK, Kannur, Kerala Agricultural University) on innovative value addition techniques, market strategies, and sustainable business practices to elevate local products.
