SAIF at ICAR-IISR

Sophisticated Analytical Instrument Facility (SAIF) at the ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode SAIF, ICAR-IISR, Kozhikode houses a variety of major analytical instruments which are operated and maintained by a dedicated and qualified group of Scientists and Technicians. .

The objective of creating SAIF is to promote and facilitate use of major equipments and facilities possessed by ICAR-IISR by scientists from other institutions in a transparent way, on suitable payment basis to help the nation's scientific fraternity at large in implementing a special programme, which has been flagged as a mission by the Prime Minister's Office. It is an integral part of ICAR, and operates with an "open access policy".
