The Agribusiness Incubator (ABI) at ICAR - Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode, organized an awareness session on Microgreens on 16 September 2025.

The session, led by Mrs. Anushree from M/s Infant Leaves, Calicut, gave participants an overview of the nutritional value, types, and cultivation methods of microgreens. A live sale and tasting of fresh microgreens was also arranged, giving participants the chance to experience the flavor and freshness of microgreens firsthand.

Dr. Maneesha S R, Scientist, welcomed the gathering and Dr. Sajesh V K, Senior Scientist, proposed the vote of thanks.
